Beware of fraudulent Bitpie Telegram groups and customer service on Telegram

We have received user feedback regarding a fake “Bitpie official group” on Telegram. The customer service in this group has been using deceptive methods to obtain users’ mnemonic words.
We urge caution and advise that you do not enter your mnemonic phrase on any website and refrain from disclosing it to anyone. Please be aware of potential asset loss and stay vigilant against false information.
