Statement on Preventing Fraudulent “Fake Bitpie Exchange” Impersonations

May 13, 2025

--

Recently, some users have reported that malicious actors have impersonated the Bitpie brand and created a fake Bitpie exchange (link: https://bitpoeprot.s3.ap-east-1.amazonaws.com/index.html#/ [Fake]), attempting to defraud users of their assets.

Bitpie is a decentralized wallet, not an exchange. Users do not need to provide a phone number, email, or any personal information to use it. Any website that asks you to register with your phone number or email is a scam.

Please stay alert and do not enter your mnemonic phrase on any suspicious website. Never share your mnemonic phrase with anyone to avoid asset loss.

Always make sure you are using the official Bitpie website: https://bitpie.com. If you have any questions, please contact us at: service@bitpie.com.
